"Advisory Boards" have been established on the basis of each department/program within the faculties/schools/institutes of our university. The advisory boards include: academicians, industry/sector representatives, alumni and students. Advisory boards play an important role in the creation/updating of course curricula of departments and programs, and in making decisions on R&D and social contribution.

Some of the courses in the curricula of associate degree and undergraduate programs affiliated to academic units that provide education within our university are given through distance education methods. The credits required for the graduation of the students are given up to 40% over 120 ECTS for associate degree and 240 ECTS for undergraduate degree.

Students who study undergraduate education within the faculties and colleges affiliated to our university graduate when they successfully complete one semester (70 working days) of 8 semesters of education and students who study associate degree within the Vocational School graduate when they successfully complete one semester (70 working days) of 4 semesters of education in the sector.

Toros University has Erasmus Bilateral Agreements with 47 universities, providing our students with the opportunity to study and intern abroad for one year. Graduate students have the opportunity to do internship for 18 months.
