2020-2021 AKADEMİK YILI YABANCI UYRUKLU ÖĞRENCİ
7. BAŞVURU SONUÇLARI VE KAYIT İŞLEMLERİ
Kesin kayıtlar 07 Aralık 2020 ile 15 Aralık 2020 tarihleri arasında yapılacak olup;
Aşağıda listesi bulunan ve;
1) 7. başvuru döneminde başvuru yapan adaylardan evrakları tam olan ve ekte dökümü yapılan adayların, kayıtları Bahar döneminde derslere başlamak koşuluyla 15 Aralık 2020 tarihine kadar yapılmasına,
2) 7. başvuru döneminde başvuru yapan adaylardan evrakları eksik olanların başvuru yaptığı bölüm / program kontenjanı dolmadığı takdirde 15 Aralık 2020 tarihine kadar eksik olan evraklarını tamamlamaları kaydıyla ve Bahar döneminde derslere başlamak koşuluyla kayıtlarının yapılmasına,
3) 7. Başvuru döneminde hiçbir Evrakı bulunmayan adayların evraklarını tamamlama kaydıyla daha sonraki başvuru dönemlerinde değerlendirilmesine,
4) Daha önceki başvuru döneminde hiçbir evrakı bulunmayan adaylardan evraklarını tamamlayan adayların başvuru yaptığı bölüm / programın kontenjanı dolmadığı takdirde kayıtlarının Bahar döneminde eğitime başlamak koşuluyla 15 Aralık 2020 tarihine kadar yapılmasına,
5) 1. , 2. , 3. , 4. , 5. ve 6. Başvuru döneminde kabul edilen evrakları tam olan ve Üniversitemiz web sitesinde yayınlanan listelerde isimleri bulunan adaylarında başvuru yaptığı bölüm / programın kontenjanı dolmadığı takdirde, Bahar döneminde eğitime başlamak koşuluyla 15 Aralık 2020 tarihine kadar kayıt hakkının devam etmesine,
6) Kabul edilen öğrencilerin, kabul mektuplarının ücretlerini Üniversitemize yatırdıkları takdirde gönderilmesine,
7) Kontenjanları dolan bölümlere kayıt için başvuran adayların istemeleri halinde 2. veya 3. tercihlerine yerleştirilmelerine,
8) Kayıt ücretini yatıran ve kayıt için gerekli belgeleri international@toros.edu.tr ve ogrenciisleri@toros.edu.tr adreslerine gönderdikleri takdirde kayıt işlemleri yapılacaktır.
KAYITTA İSTENEN BELGELER:
a) Lise diplomasının aslı,
b) Lise diplomasının Türk liselerinden alınan diplomalara denk olduğunu gösteren, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Büyükelçilikleri veya Konsolosluklarından ya da Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı'ndan alınacak "Denklik Belgesi,"
c) Mezuniyet not ortalamasını gösteren belgenin aslı ve Türkçe veya İngilizceye çevrilmiş Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Büyükelçilikleri veya Konsolosluklarından onaylı örneği,
ç) Başvuruda kullanılacak sınav sonuç belgesinin aslı ve Türkçe veya İngilizceye çevrilmiş Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Büyükelçiliklerinden ya da Konsolosluklarından onaylı örneği,
d) Resmi kimlik ya da pasaportun kimlik bilgilerini gösteren sayfasının onaylanmış örneği,
e) Öğrenim ücretinin yatırıldığını gösteren banka dekontu,
ÖĞRENİM ÜCRETİ:
Başvuru yapacak adayların öğrenim ücretini aşağıda belirtilen hesaba yatırmaları gerekmektedir.
(Bankanın masraf olarak alacağı para bu miktarın dışında hesaplanmalıdır.)

f) 6 adet vesikalık fotoğraf,
g) Varsa uluslararası geçerliliği olan Yabancı Dil ve Türkçe yeterlik belgesi,
h) Yabancı uyruklular kimlik numarası,
ı) Öğrenimleri boyunca geçerli bir sağlık sigortasını gösterir belge. (İsteğe bağlı)
i) Eğitimlerini sürdürmelerini temin edecek tutarın üstünde bir gelire sahip olduğuna ilişkin belge.
"Türk Soy Belgesi" sahibi olanlar kayıt sırasında ibraz etmek zorundadır.
Öğrencilerin daha sonra getireceği belgeler kabul esnasındaki statülerini değiştiremez.
Kayıt hakkını kazanan adaylardan, ilan edilecek kayıt süresi içinde kaydını yaptırmayanlar kayıt hakkını kaybetmiş sayılırlar.
Kayıtta istenilen belgelerin sunulamaması, yanlış beyanda bulunduğu ya da kriterleri sağlamadığı tespit edilen kesin kayıt hakkı kazanan adayların kayıt hakları iptal edilir.

2020-2021 ACADEMIC YEAR FOREIGN STUDENTS 7TH APPLICATION
RESULTS & REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
Final registrations will be made between December 07th, 2020 and December 15th, 2020.
Those listed below and:
- Candidates who applied during the 7th application term and whose documents are complete and attached in the annex will have the right to complete their registration until December 15th, 2020; provided that they will start their classes in the Spring semester.
- Candidates who applied during the 7th application term and whose documents are incomplete will have the right to complete their registration until December 15th, 2020; if they fulfill their documentation requirement until December 15th, 2020; if the quota of the department/program is still available until that given date; provided that they will start their classes in the Spring semester.
- Candidates who did not have any documents during the 7th Application Period will be re-evaluated provided that they complete their documents during the upcoming application period.
- Candidates who did not have any documentation in the previous application period will be able to complete registration until December 15th, 2020 given that they complete their documentation needs, if the quota of the department/program is still available and provided that they will be starting their classes in the Spring semester.
- If the applicants of whose registrations were accepted in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th registration periods, whose documentations were complete and whose names were listed on our university website and if their applied department/program quota is not yet filled; their registration rights will continue until of December 15th, 2020 provided that their education starts in the Spring semester.
- Acceptance letters will be sent to students if the admitted students pay their fees to our university.
- Candidates who apply for registration to the departments whose quotas have been already filled should be placed in their 2nd or 3rd preferences respectively, as/if they wish.
- If the students who have already paid the registration fees send the required documents for registration to international@toros.edu.tr and ogrenciisleri@toros.edu.tr e-mail addresses, their registrations will be completed.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE REGISTRATION
A) High School diploma (original)
B) Indicating that the high school diploma is equivalent to the diplomas taken from the Turkish high schools, "certificate of equivalence" taken from the Embassy/Consulate of the Republic of Turkey or the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Education.
C) The original document showing the graduation average grades and certified copy by the Turkish Embassy/Consulate that are either in English or translated into Turkish.
D) Original copy of the exam result document that will be used in the application and certified copy by the Turkish Embassy/Consulate that are either in English or translated into Turkish.
E) Approved copy of the official ID or the passport page showing applicant's identity information
F) Bank receipt showing that the tuition fee has been paid

Applicants are required to pay the tuition fee amount to the account numbers given below.
(*The amount that the bank may charge as a wire fee should be excluded from this amount.)

H) Foreign Language and Turkish proficiency certificate with international validity (If any)
I) Foreign national identification number
J) Document showing a valid health insurance throughout their education (Optional)
K) Document (such as a certified bank letter) proving that the applicant student has sufficient funds or income that will ensure they will be able to continue their education.
Those who have a "Turkish Ancestry Certificate" must submit it during registration.
Documents that the students will bring later cannot change their initial status at the time of acceptance.
Candidates who have not registered during the official registration period will be deemed to have lost their rights to register.
Candidates who have not been able to submit the required documents in the registration, make a false statement or do not meet the criterias lose their rights of registration.
